Find a stable and comfortable playing position, adjust your instrument correctly and develop an optimal playing space.

 

Tuning & Calibration

Understand zero beat, set up your instrument correctly and develop a reliable calibration method.

 

Playing Technique

Develop precise gestures, master fingering techniques (Carolina Eyck method), and work on volume control, articulation and phrasing.

 

Pitch & Listening

Refine your ear, identify and correct pitch inaccuracies, and develop muscle memory.

 

Equipment & Setup

Choose the right theremin for your needs, optimise your setup and explore the possibilities offered by effects and synthesizers.

Practice Method

Build an effective practice routine, avoid developing bad habits and make steady progress between sessions.

The coaching focuses exclusively on mastering the theremin and its unique playing techniques. Sessions are an ideal complement to an existing musical background, but no previous musical training is required. Music theory and general musicianship are not part of the programme.
